29 Mar. 2010: Piribebuy Week #12

Dear Family and Friends

I am doing great and had another good week we had alot happen but didnt have a baptism. We have changes on wendsday so that is crazy every change just goes faster and faster. I really like piribebuy so I dont know what to want or expect in the change. We had a wonderful experiance at the temple on tuesday The temple here is small but it is beautiful I had to buy my clothes because they dont have any to rent so i have every thing now. But I loved being in the temple and it was a great session in spansh. It was a good experiance.

As for the work we have been focusing in the City and not in the towns becauase that is what president wants. so the work is alittle harder. it is just alot harder to talk to the people in the city. We have been working alot in the town Itaguyra too because that is where all of the baptisms have been and the people are just amazing I love them and will miss them when I go.

We went there sunday after church to work especially with Mersadez a girl that is a bit harder to work with becuase she just wont talk much with us so we had been thinking of a game we could take so we could just have some fun and get her to open up a bit. I thought of that Game DONT EAT PETE and we took that. NO COMES PETE and the kids loved it  we had a blast and it seemed to work well. I just regret not taking my camera for pics and Video- The kids are awsome Here I love talking and playing with them. Other than that I dont hhave much Else we will be traveling to Caacupe to watch conferance which is about 45 min in culitivos. But I love you take care

Dear Dad

I am doing good and am loving this area. as For my Favorite paraguayan foods that I eat is Number 1 empenadas not because they are the best but because usually a day dosent go by without one. #2 Melinesa  I dont get it much but love it-. # Mandioka a potato thing that isnt that good but we eat the everymeal- I love the bread  Ice cream and Hamburgers. with members we almost always have a pasta with Kind of a tomato paste flavor but it is nothing to bad. I like it all. The ony bad thing I eat was this Fried pig Fat. Ya I dont know why they would just fry chunks of fat and then eat it plain but whatever.- As for spanis it is ok but No I am not speaking well enough to be senior comp yet-
                 DAD I Love you
