19 April 2010: Aregua cerca Luque Week #3

Dear Family

Thanks for your letters. It was fun to here from you. I had another good week with a lot of good things happen that needed to. I am excited for the weeks to come because we are working with some really good investigators. We should have a baptism this friday so that will be sweet his hame is William and he is 13 we have baptism dates withhis mom and sister but they dont have enough asistencia yet but they are a sweet family and all came to church and loved it-
The family that we are working with is good but we ran into a problem because Adela is married to her first husband. which is a huge problem here in paraguay because devorces can take 3-4 years. Here is the good thing, They have some money and they had already started from before we started teaching. Osvaldo is really cool I have never seen so much change in one of my investigators, he has truely gained a testimony. I was touched as we sat with him and read some scriptures and then watched him put his head down and say "I have to be baptised I know it is true" He reads, prays and keeps everyother commitment that we give. We will need A miracle to get the divorce but  God is A God of Miricles- So just keep Praying.
This week we also had a great zone conferance and talked alot about how we can be worthy recieve the success we seek and used the story of the two thousand strippling warriors to do so I turned out to be a sweet lesson.
The ward is doing alright I actually have to speak on "conversion"this sunday to come so that will Be fun. I feel like I have given a talk like every other week through out my whole mission but at least they are starting to get a bit better now that I can Kind of speak.
And to answer moms question about the language Is the same as always It is still coming slowly but surely. I am able to talk to people and understand what they say alright now so it just will get better with clearer understanding and less mistakes.  But ya I have been heathy and happyand very blessed. With lots of love from ElderCall
