30 Sept. 2009: MTC Week #1

Dear Family,

I have very limited time to write on the computers. But I am doing so well I have had only one bad day but the rest have been great. I wrote a big letter home this morning that has lots of info. But i have great companions. I have had three already. My first companion Elder Riboldi is from here in provo and his dad grew up in Rossario and that is where he is going so that was neat. He already spoke a llot of spanish so he moved up to intermiediet like friday so they put me with my othe roommates who are also going to argentina. Elder Hinkley is from a big family in evanston. and elder beus is from washington. I get along very well with both of them. My teachers are great and spanish is tough but I pray so much and in turn heavenly father helps me so much. I would prefer hand written letters because they are so easy also that Dear elder thing prints daily and puts them in our mailbox. I dont know how it really works though but really I wont have a ton of time to read long letters on the email. I cant think of any thing I need they treat us well here. The spirit is great here with the spirit constantly here it is so easy to learn My letter will tell all about my district and spirituall experiances this week. It is great to see the new elders today.  I love you all.

Dear Family and Friends,  I had another great week, we found some good new investigators and brought five of them inchurch,  I feel that the branch is getting better now, we had those first few weeks I was here that were full of so many problems, but I feel that they have strengthened me and the other members of the branch. The attendance is rising weekly. It has been tough for me to come here to amparo and leave all of the people from saldo and the success there but I know that the Lord sent me to Amparo for a reason. 6 June 2011: Salado Week #10

Dear Family and Friends,   I am glad to hear that everything went well with the trip to Lake Powell, it sounds like fun.haha. No I had a great week too, we are working hard and I am really enjoying my time with Elder Che. He is a hard worker and has good views on how to work effectivly. We are working most with the members. Last week we made Little sheets that have a scripture and a little note from us that is for references. We havent really recieved one yet but several of the members have invited and are planning for a time that we can go with them to visit. I am excited for it because we really need it we need more investigators. Several of the members are just great there is a Sister Medina that is like 70 years old that is one of my favorites. She has the biggest heart and is just great She broke her arm a coulple months ago so we started visiting her to help her out she also has a 8 year old grandson that is planning on getting baptised here before to long. 16 May 2011: Salado Week #7

Dear Family and Friends,         Thanks for your letters this week. I am doing good and the week passed by really quickly. It is really starting to cool down a bit here in Paraguay so that is nice. It is crazy that it will basically be cool the rest of my mission. We are really excited for Sergio and Ever. Sergio blessed the Sacrament for the first time yesterday and did great! he was also called or assigned to be like an assitant to  the Secretary of the ward So that wil be good. Ever I am sure will bless the sacrament this week to come it is awesome to see that they are getting so involved and and that they are doing so well.
